Meet Sadie G

Yesterday, we shared our Paralegal Hiring Workflow.

Today, as promised, we’re following it with a real candidate example.

This is Sadie G, a New Jersey–based junior paralegal early in her career and ready to re-enter the workforce.

Sadie completed her Paralegal Certification at Rowan University and has hands-on experience in estate administration, including probate filings, court submissions, real estate closings, and front-office support in a small firm setting.

She does have a 1.5-year gap for personal reasons. We’re calling it out directly because it will stand out, and because it’s resolved.

She’s clear, motivated, and ready to commit long-term.

The firms that win long-term are the ones willing to train early and shape capability over time.

Sadie is open to:

• Hybrid or remote work (based in Seaside Park, NJ)

• Part-time or full-time roles

• Any practice area where she can learn and specialize

She’s currently seeking $24/hour, making her a practical option for:

• Firms needing overflow or part-time support

• Practices looking to mentor and develop a long-term hire

• Teams that want to shift administrative and process work off attorneys now, and grow revenue-driving capacity over the next 6–12 months

This type of candidate would succeed in firms that value clear structure.
