Experience at a glance

• 13+ years of civil litigation experience, including 7+ years in insurance defense.

• General and professional liability matters, including construction defect, trucking, premises liability and products liability.

• Insurance coverage work, including coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights letters and declaratory judgment actions.

• Defends insurers in bad-faith, underinsured motorist and breach-of-contract litigation.

• First-chair trial experience, including defense verdicts.

• Manages approximately 50–80 active litigation matters, with responsibility for case assessment, carrier reporting and settlement recommendations.

• Prior plaintiff-side experience in personal injury and workers’ compensation.
