• California attorney with experience in complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, and professional negligence matters. 

• Current role as Senior Litigation Associate includes handling more than 20 matters through an insurance carrier that permits assignment only to senior attorneys. 

• Provides mentorship, training, and support to an office primarily staffed by newer associate attorneys. 

• Experience across commercial, real property, employment, trust, consumer, and fraud-related litigation. 

• Has resolved matters through mediation, arbitration, ADR, motion practice, and negotiated dismissals. 

• Prior government experience includes second-chairing a jury trial resulting in an $8.8 million verdict in a fraud and fiduciary breach action.
