Attorney Overview

• Colorado attorney with experience in employment litigation, labor & employment counseling, and business litigation. 

• Current experience includes managing an active litigation portfolio involving trade secret, noncompete, wage and hour, discrimination, and harassment claims in federal and state courts. 

• Advises clients on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including employee benefits, overtime exemptions, unfair labor practices, union campaigns, severance agreements, and general employment law considerations. 

• Handles responses to claims before the Division of Labor Standards and Statistics, EEOC, OSHA, Colorado Civil Rights Division, and NLRB. 

• Prior litigation background includes real estate, products liability, premises liability, construction defect, business, and transportation matters. 

• Has independently conducted and defended depositions and mediations, and managed cases from inception to trial.

• Employment litigation in federal and state courts 

• Trade secret and restrictive covenant matters 

• Wage and hour, discrimination, and harassment claims 

• Labor and employment counseling and agency response work 

• Employment-related due diligence and risk analysis in M&A transactions 

• Business litigation, real estate, products liability, premises liability, construction defect, and transportation matters 

• Depositions, mediations, discovery, settlement negotiations, and case strategy

• Experience managing matters from inception through trial
