• Florida-licensed attorney with experience handling civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, real-estate-related litigation, professional liability, and insurance defense 

• Admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida 

• Experience with motion practice, taking and defending depositions, evidentiary hearings, mediations, arbitration, and settlement negotiations 

• Has represented clients through all stages of litigation and arbitration 

• Background advising clients on case strategy, settlement considerations, and litigation objectives

• Strong experience across commercial disputes, landlord-tenant matters, title issues, real-estate-related disputes, and insurance coverage-related litigation

Litigation Experience

• Commercial litigation and arbitration involving contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters, title issues, and employment disputes 

• Insurance litigation involving benefit-assignee claims and interpretation and enforcement of insurance policy provisions 

• Drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and pre-mediation statements 

• Conducting written discovery, participating in depositions, and appearing in hearings and court proceedings 

• Experience negotiating settlements and arguing motions to dismiss, stay litigation, and compel appraisal 

• Additional background in property damage, construction defects, foreclosure-related matters, and third-party liability matters
