• Experience across insurance defense, civil litigation, business disputes, premises liability, coverage, bad faith, and declaratory judgment matters.

• Has handled motions, hearings, depositions, legal arguments, expert selection, and case strategy through trial.

• Has obtained summary judgment in a premises liability matter and has argued motions on behalf of clients in court.

• Prior defense-side experience includes work with McAngus, Goudelock & Courie, Drew Eckl & Farnham, and Lewis Brisbois.

• Older courtroom experience includes approximately 20 bench trials and 4 jury trials, plus prior student prosecutor trial work.
