• Manage a diary of over 160 active Workers’ Compensation claims, overseeing cases from inception through trial 

• Prepare for and conduct telephonic depositions of treating physicians and independent medical examiners 

• Negotiate settlement resolutions 

• Provide strategic analysis and litigation support on complex insurance defense matters 

• Appeared before Judges in Supreme Court to litigate disputes; engaged in settlement negotiations to resolve claims 

• Appear in Civil Courts in the five boroughs and Long Island to defend No-Fault Claims; attend AAA Arbitrations 

• Knowledge of defenses such as IME No Show, EUO No Show, Medical Necessity, provider verification 

• Oversaw a rotating diary of over 200 WCB claims; represented claimants at WCB hearings; prepared appeals and rebuttals to WCB Board Panel
