• Experience managing all aspects of discovery, including written discovery, document review, and case development. 

• Has taken depositions of physicians, witnesses, and employers. 

• Experience drafting and arguing civil motions in the Courts of Common Pleas across Western Pennsylvania. 

• Has represented clients in hearings and appellate proceedings. 

• Prior trial background includes conducting jury and non-jury trials as an Assistant District Attorney.
