Experience at a glance

• Probate, trust and guardianship litigation, including will contests, undue influence, fiduciary disputes, removal of fiduciaries and accountings.

• Personally drafted wills, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare proxies.

• Estate planning and administration experience involving a range of estate sizes.

• Represented clients in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, and negotiated settlements in contested estate matters.

• Supervised legal and support staff, with earlier experience in commercial litigation and business matters.

They are looking for a collaborative firm where they can continue developing their trusts and estates practice.
